Integrity Technical Services offers three employment options; contract/temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.

Contract /Temporary Assignments:
Contract/temporary assignments range in length of projects lasting a few weeks to a year or more in length. The contract/temporary assignment allows the employee to accomplish their short term goals and also gives them the opportunity to provide project expertise in his/her related field.
The contract-to-hire opportunity allows employees a chance to get their foot in the door in order to prove their worth and ensure a great match is made between themselves and the employer.
During this phase both the candidate and client company are able to establish a sense of confidence prior to engaging in a long-term commitment.
Direct Hire opportunities allow for superior talent to be hired directly into our clients’ companies.
