1.Is there a cost for being placed by Integrity Technical Services?

There are never any fees for placing you in a position.

2.What types of positions are available for me?

We specialize in placing IT, engineering, and technical positions of all types on a contract, contract to hire, and direct hire basis.

3.Can I search for jobs myself?

Please review our job board for all current and open opportunities.

4.What do I need to do after I have submitted my resume or applied for a job?

Please allow 24 – 48 hours to process and review your resume in order to determine which position(s) you may qualify for.

5.What do I do when I finish an assignment?

Please notify your Integrity Technical Services Account Representative and we will immediately begin the process of locating you another position.

6.What is the job placement process?

Submit your resume for open positions you may be qualified for. You will be pre-qualified and contacted according to specific criteria our client company requests. We will be the go between assisting with setting up interviews, relaying job offers, and any additional testing.

7.I’ve been placed on assignment. What happens next?

We will notify you of your start date, time, and any necessary information. From there you will be our employee working for our client.

8.What do I need to do to prepare for my assignment?

We will provide you with as much information as possible prior to engagement. From there it is your responsibility to prepare yourself for the job related tasks and duties.

9.What if I have questions about my assignment?

Please contact your Integrity representative immediately.

10.When and how do I get paid?

We pay on a weekly basis, either check by mail or direct deposit. (We encourage direct deposit.)

11.What if I need to cancel my assignment?

We ask you give us at least a two weeks notice.

12.How do I refer people I know to Integrity Technical Services?

We do pay referral bonuses if you refer someone we have never had contact with. Please call or notify your Integrity rep. Click here for more information.

13.How long do the assignments last?

Temporary assignments can last anywhere from a few weeks to over a year in length.

14.Do you have a general mailbox for resumes, or do I have to apply for a specific job?

Please feel free to send us your resume anytime. We are always looking for talent for current and upcoming positions. You can send your resume directly to resumes@integrityjobs.com.

15.Do you hire contractors on a corp-to-corp basis?

Yes.

16.Does Integrity Technical Services have a minimum age requirement to work?

Yes, at least 18 years of age.

17.Does Integrity Technical Services hire permanent resident aliens? Green card holders? Those with valid work visas?

Yes, if you are valid to work in the US we will help place you.

18.Would Integrity Technical Services be willing to transfer H1?

Our firm is currently not sponsoring candidates. However, our clients can and have.

19.When will W-2 forms be mailed out?

W-2 forms will be mailed out no later than January 31st.

20.W-2 forms are mailed out the last week of January to your address on file as of January 1.

If you moved after your employment with us and provided us with a new address via our local office before January, we have your new address in our system and your W-2 will be delivered to that address.
If you have a different address from when you were employed with us, please contact our local office that employed you with your updated address information.
