Integrity Technical Services' specialized screening process enables us to locate the most qualified candidates.

Steps to Recruiting Success:


Step 1: Customer Profiling
Before launching any recruitment campaigns, our firm is devoted to developing a strong understanding of our clients' specific needs to ensure the best possible match is made between our potential candidates and clients.

Step 2: Talent Sourcing
We utilize our vast internal candidate-tracking database in combination with our extensive network of business professionals. Recent technology such as social media, internet marketing and, external databases have made it possible for our team to interact with job seekers and employers more than ever before.

Step 3: Candidate Evaluation
All candidates entered into our system are screened for job specific skills and abilities prior to any placement. Key personality traits are identified to better help ensure we can establish the best possible placement for the candidate and employer.

Step 4: Candidate Resume Submittal
After evaluating and identifying qualified candidates based on specific search criteria, we connect our client with the interested qualified talent. We can set up phone interviews, in-person on site interviews, or arrange a group line up for your convenience. Our firm is responsible for coordinating additional screening and interviews per request from our client.

Step 5: Hiring Process
Once you have selected a candidate, we are responsible for all employee agreements/documentation and will perform any additional screenings, tests, and reference checks as requested.

Step 6: Client Satisfaction
Once a candidate has been placed, we want to ensure your satisfaction. Successful placements are made by promoting an environment allowing for open communications among clients, candidates, and ourselves.
